Steve Duplantis was born in the “Birthplace of Jazz”, New Orleans, Louisiana. His father, Duke Duplantis, was an accomplished singer in New Orleans, so he found his love for music at a young age. Steve was born to sing!

Steve has been involved in all genres of music from oldies, to rock & roll, to country, and everything in between! He is currently a solo singer and guitarist in SWFL. In addition to being a solo artist, he also played the drums in several bands, and used to sing with the Award winning group, Chicago Heat.

Steve is also a writer of children’s books. He has one book available and its working on others.

Currently, Steve and his wife (and manager), Damita, reside in Fort Myers, FL. He firmly believes his destiny in life is to “Rock The World”.
